Dispatch

Payment will not be processed until all products are ready for dispatch and until freight charges have been confirmed and accepted by the customer, where applicable.

Returns and Refunds

Claims for products damaged in transit, where General Veterinary Pty Ltd was responsible for delivery, must reach us within 24 hours of the customer receiving the goods. We will make arrangements for the products to be collected from the customer, and replacement products will be sent once we have received the damaged products.

If you are not satisfied with any product you may return it, within 7 days of receipt, for a full refund, provided that the product has not been defaced or damaged and provided that the seal and the packaging have not been opened. Freight arrangements and any costs associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer. Vaccines and other products requiring specialised storage may not be returned.
